  2. Vendors must deliver the ordered product by the stipulated time. If you fail to deliver any ordered product(s) to the customers, we will make a penalty on behalf of the customer and return the same amount to the customers to make them happy and as a token of gratitude to them.

  3. Maybe during delivery, any product seems faulty, please don’t deliver it to the customer. Instead, inform the customer and ask for a little more time by offering a discount on the same product or on the next order as a gesture of showing respect to them.

Wholesale

Nexa.Store purchases products in bulk quantity at a cheaper price from wholesalers. If you have ready stock or planning to produce in bulk or have leftovers, you may contact us. We purchase bulk quantities to satisfy our customers offering a good discount to them. We have a few conditions while making a decision on bulk purchase. Important issues are as below –

  1. Only products with mentioned expiry date are purchased.

  2. Without getting proper documentation on the ownership, we don’t buy any products from any vendors.

  3. You must have all types of applicable licenses doing business.

  4. You need to provide a certain warranty/guarantee period for the products you intend to sell in bulk.

  5. The products must have been paid all types of applicable taxes. Nexa.Store doesn’t sell any product(s) if government owes any types of duty and taxes.

We also engage a third party to import goods from outside countries. You may work with us as an indentor as well.
