NEXA has taken the initiative to start “Nexa Lab” for the purpose of undertaking innovation and introducing new products and services to the Bangladesh market. Besides, this wing of NEXA will work on platform development for voice search optimization, coding the Bengali version of the website and app and integrating with the search engine, tailoring the web platform for a more personalized customer experience, searching for ways to reduce the cost to use the payment gateways for online payment and implementing measure for additional cybersecurity to deliver cost reduction, quality assurance, increased security of the products during transit, and faster delivery.
