Frame
We offer free one-to-one personal styling sessions “Frame” in-house (Nexa’s Store) and from the comfort of your own home through video call appointments. Your Stylist can help you navigate all of our brands to find pieces that are perfect for you, whether you’re searching for something stand-out for a special occasion or refining your everyday wardrobe. Why not give it a try? You can also talk with a Personal Stylist for up to an hour free via video call from the comfort of your own home. This is a great option if you want one-to-one advice but can’t get to your Nexa Store. Your Stylist will select items to share with you based on an initial phone call or email. They can also talk through your existing wardrobe, offer tips on how to style your clothes in different ways, and help incorporate new pieces. Most importantly, we want you to feel inspired to create different looks with your current wardrobe or try a completely new outfit – there’s no minimum spend or obligation to buy.
Adjust
We offer basic clothing alter service “Adjust” for the readymade dresses (limited to specific brands) you buy from our eCommerce marketplace www.nexa.store. If you need any alter service like shortening the length of a trouser, you can mention it to the special instruction area during checkout. This service is for items paid in advance fully before delivery. We strongly recommend to instruct us on any alter service after you are confident to do this. Nexa will not be liable for any altered service rather than those made wrongly based on your instruction.
