Although NEXA believes in the tremendous advancement of technology and future broader perspective of eCommerce, still there is a necessity for physical stores for a few reasons. NEXA wants to blend both options of purchasing habits of the consumers in its sales and delivery ecosystem. Already BOPIS (buying online and picking up in-store), and curbside pickup exist with NEXA's eCommerce platform. Few customers are more likely to buy a product they have seen in person. A physical location can dispel doubts and help close the sale. In addition, this can reduce the chance of a product being returned for size, color, etc. In a few cases, a physical store may reduce the cost of returning certain products. As well a physical store can be used as part of the supply chain enabling more faster delivery.
Currently, all of NEXA's warehouses act as a physical store. Customers may visit these establishments to purchase any of the products they see online or they can buy online and pick them up in-store if they feel any doubt may be on the color, size, quality, etc.
